The Cadet Advisory Council (CAC) starts a new term on October 1.  Applications for Squadron CAC Representative are now open.  Anoka will select a Primary and Alternative CAC representative.

See this note from MNWG CAC chair C/Maj Alex Dvorak:

Cadets, if you are enthusiastic about changing CAP for the better, let your Commanders know so that they can list you as the Unit Representative.

What is the Wing CAC?

The Cadet Advisory Council (CAC) is a board of CAP Cadets from across the state who come together and brainstorm how to make CAP a better experience for cadets. We are the main way that cadets get a say in the program and make recommendations which are taken seriously. Similar boards are formed at the Regional Levels and National Levels.  The MN Wing CAC also organizes the MN Wing Volleyball Competition and assists with Wing Conference. We are a fun group to work with and can give you a lot of good advice to take back to your squadron. If you are a cadet who sees things to improve in CAP and wants to change them, then the CAC is for you!

What are the eligibility requirements?

We have no strict requirements, but we like to see enthusiastic and motivated cadets. We highly recommend that each squadron put forth their most experienced and dedicated member to be their CAC Representative. We are looking for the best in each squadron so that we can be as effective as possible at the wing level.

The CAC is going to achieve a lot this term and I look forward to working with MN Wing’s best this upcoming year!

How to submit an application for Anoka Squadron CAC Representative:
