Cadet should use the form below to request their testing and promotion needs each week no later than Monday at 8pm.
Requests that are received by the deadline will have priority at the next meeting.
Please be sure to notify your chain of command of your requests in advance of the meeting.
Promotion Board Requests:
Cadets requesting a promotion board should download the appropriate CAPF60 and fill out in self-evaluation in advance of the meeting.
Please notify your chain of command that you’ve made the promotion board request and ask them to prepare the CAPF60 evaluating your progress.
