- All cadets who promote during this time will receive the NEW squadron patch at the end of the challenge
- For every promotion you earn, your name is in a drawing for a hoodie with the NEW squadron logo on it
- For every promotion you earn, your name is in a drawing to PIE one of the Cadet Executive Staff
